The quotes on the front page here are controlled by a small bit of code in the functions.php file.
If you open it and look for the following, all you need to do is change the quotes accordingly.
// RANDOM QUOTES ON THE FRONT PAGE - Code: < ?php get_random_quotes(); ? >
// -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
The current set of quotes used here are taken from various locations on the Net
